Who We Are

I’m Amber Adams, the founder of Inner Ember. For over a decade, I worked in high-pressure sales while also building a foundation in fitness through personal training, yoga, and Pilates.

I know what it feels like to constantly perform, push, and achieve, all while quietly running on empty inside. My own healing journey taught me that real wellness isn’t about extremes, but about small, consistent shifts that strengthen both body and mind.

Inner Ember was born from that lesson. It’s a space where science-backed practices like nervous system regulation meet soulful tools like breath, movement, and creative flow.

My mission is simple: to give you approachable ways to feel a little better every day—more calm, more energy, more balance - so you can thrive in your own life.
