Inner Ember began as a personal practice. A way to reconnect with movement not as performance, but as medicine.
What started as journaling, breathwork, and mindful strength training slowly became a method. One built on nervous system regulation, creativity, and embodiedd movement.
I founded Inner Ember to help others experience that same shift: from burnout to balance, from overdrive to grounded energy, from self-criticism to self-connection.

Ember Flow is the core movement method within Inner Ember - a blend of low-impact HIIT, strength, and grounding flow designed to help you build energy without burnout.
Each class follows a natural rhythm that mirrors how your body finds balance:

Meet Amber Adams
I’ve spent more than a decade working in movement, from personal training and yoga to Pilates and functional strength.
But my own healing journey through stress, chronic tension, and self-disconnection taught me that true strength isn’t built by pushing harder. It’s built by listening deeper.
Now, as the founder of Inner Ember™, I’m blending science-backed movement with emotional and creative flow to help others move from survival to self-trust.
